TrackdNZ is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

01 — Who we are

TrackdNZ is a product built and operated in Christchurch, Aotearoa New Zealand. We build tools to help NZ gig workers track expenses, mileage, and income for tax purposes.

02 — What we collect

On the waitlist, we collect:

We do not collect your name, phone number, or any financial information at this stage. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on the waitlist page.

03 — How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

We will never sell your data to third parties. We will never share it with advertisers. We will only email you about TrackdNZ.

04 — Where your data is stored

Your signup details are stored securely in Supabase, a database platform with servers located in AWS data centres. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Both services comply with industry-standard security practices.

Your data is stored in the United States on these platforms. By signing up, you consent to this transfer.

05 — How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist data for as long as TrackdNZ is in operation, or until you ask us to remove it. If TrackdNZ does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 90 days of that decision.
